In the early 1950s, Sam Sorbara believed strongly in the long-term benefits of asset retention. As he pursued the acquisition and servicing of industrial lands, he became increasingly involved in construction and property management activities. As a result, The Sorbara Group now possesses a stable and growing portfolio of both owned and managed properties. The Property Management department is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of commercial/industrial, office and retail space. This department’s mission is to maintain and enhance all properties, and to ensure that the needs of our tenants are met efficiently and courteously.
